Dr. Ben Boudreau: All right. Okay. High five, oh, oh. Let me stop that there.
Dr. Clayton Roach: The actual ankle was the first thing I saw. Just like, totally going to the side and an ankle sprain There. Right there. Look at that. Right ankle. Yeah. So, like, there are four ligaments on the side of the ankle. Right. The first one is the anterior fibular ligament. And the more you tear them, the more you’re likely to. It’s going to be called a high ankle sprain.
Dr. Ben Boudreau: So, one of the first things that I see is, of course, when he falls headfirst.
Dr. Clayton Roach: Yeah. With the helmet on.
Dr. Ben Boudreau: With the helmet on, the arms come out, so the arms come out in front. Many people with these types of falls fall onto an outstretched arm. We call this a FOOSH injury. Or mechanism of injury. And this can cause sprains, strains and fractures or breaks to your forearm.
