Dr. Ben Boudreau: Do you sit at work a lot? This is a great exercise to perform 2 to 3 times daily to help your hips move. So first, what you’re going to do is just put one knee down, say we’re going to stretch this right hip flexor here. You’ll tilt your pelvis backwards and activate the glute; then, you’ll lean in, stretching that hip flexor. At the same time, you will bend to the opposite side this way here; you can engage your spine as you stretch your hip. Hold that stretch for 10 to 15 seconds and perform oppositely. I hope this helps.
