In Bed Back Stretch

Many of you might not know this, but many of the back muscles crisscross from the hip to the shoulder. So that’s why a diagonal stretch sometimes works better than a linear stretch. Here we go. I’m in bed because you’ll want to do this in the morning and at night before you get up and go to bed. So, you’re going to bring the leg over the side of the bed and let it drop past the bed and the mattress. You’re going to take your same arm and then bring the arm back. You can use this hand as a pillow and enjoy the stretch for 25-30 seconds. You’re going to bring it back, and you’re going to do it again three times on both sides.
