Dr. Clayton Roach: Hey, everyone. Here’s a beautiful exercise for all of you with knee pain. Let’s go. Here’s a towel. Roll it up nicely and tight. Place that towel behind your knee and bring your knee into flexion. Next, grab your shin with both hands and get your foot towards your buttock. You should feel a nice, comfortable stretch here. If you feel pain, hold off a little bit, hold that for 25 to 30 seconds, and repeat 5 to 8 times. You can play with this stretch a little bit by turning your foot inwards and applying pressure or outwards and applying pressure, whichever position brings you the most relief. Hold that position and play around with the number of repetitions. Enjoy.
