NEW OFFICE PROCEDURES

Firstly, we are so grateful to be back open for regular office hours and seeing familiar faces again. If you haven’t been back to the office yet for your chiropractic visits here are the steps we have taken to ensure the safety of our staff and patients.

1. The staff and Dr. Roach wear masks in the office. We have installed plexiglass at the front desk. Masks are not required for staff behind the plexiglass. Face shields are available for those who require us to wear those instead of the masks.
2. All cloth chairs and items have been removed from the office. We have new chairs that are easy to sanitize and limited seating in the office.
3. We have adjusted the number of people we can see and treat in a day to limit the number of people in the office and to ensure social distancing.
4. Everyone entering the office must answer the questions posed on the door. Check-in with staff at the front desk and they will assist you from there.
