So many people were saying such good things I thought it time to stop living with pain and make my own appointment. I was taking Tylenol on a daily basis and now the number of pills I take has dropped in half and it's hasn't even been two months. My mobility has improved and just my overall body pain has decreased. I am excited to see what will happen in the next two months. I highly recommend Roach Chiropractic. Dr. Roach is very professional and all of his staff is super and keep things running top notch. I personally have referred a number of friends and co-workers already and will continue to do so.

It had gotten to the point where walking was a very painful condition. Other treatments such as physiotherapy had failed to provide relief.
Chiropractic treatment has greatly improved my condition, gone are the searing pains in my hip and left leg. I can now get out for walks and perform normal tasks such as mowing the lawn without discomfort.
I would certainly recommend chiropractic care for anyone with a similar condition.

I could barely drive and sleep was non existent. I've never been to a chiropractor before. The idea of having my neck cracked just made me cringe. The people were great and very professional. They explained what is a chiropractor and took me through the process. By the 1st visit I felt better knowing why I had the problem and how they were going to fix it. From the first treatment I have felt better. I have even bought a motorcycle again and can drive with no pain. Don't wait like I did make this the change for the better in your quality of life. I even convinced my wife to do it and now she is a believer.

I have been receiving treatment for several months now. My back and neck are now non-issues and I am very pleased to have so much more mobility back and almost zero discomfort in those areas, unless I mistreat myself...then Dr. Roach fixes me again! Having a very active lifestyle with farm and horses.. I need my body to be able to do all that I do. Just lately I was having trouble with my big toe. I suffered for a few weeks before getting the courage to ask his opinion, thinking he could do nothing for a big toe. I was wrong. Dr. Roach has been treating my foot,along with my regular chiro care and within 4 treatments, I was walking without a limp and am even able to run again with my horses during training sessions. He has indeed changed the way I walk and people are noticing that I walk so light now. I am a believer in chiropractic care - it has impacted my life on an everyday basis. I would say to the skeptics... give Dr. Roach and his team a try. You have nothing to lose and will gain aspects of your life back. I was having significant neck muscle pain and some residual lower back pain (from stress and strains of working 12 hr shift as a healthcare worker). I was amazed how quickly and efficiently the pain subsided. Now I go in for a routine treatment once a month and have control back in my life with very little pain(except when i overdo something) and then I head to Clayton and his team to help fix the problem. I hadn't thought of chiropractic care earlier in my profession, but I definitely would recommend starting it early and then it is just a matter of continuing care rather than have an acute incident land you at his door.

Now I am able to function with minimal pain killers, and am able to do things again, which I was forced to give up. Why suffer needlessly when you can obtain great chiropractic care under Dr. Roach. I started coming to Roach chiropractic over a month ago and Kaitlyn is awesome. She's great at what she does and is super personable! She takes her time and never rushes you out and answers any questions you may have. I would recommend her to anyone.

I have been under their care for over ten years and seen improvement from my first appointment. Keeping regular maintenance appointments has kept me pain free and as a bonus my hearing, sleeping and general health has improved. After months of physiotherapy I was getting no better and paying a lot of money and getting no results. I met Dr Roach at the home show and I was sceptical at first but I tried Roach Chiropractic. I couldn't believe it; I felt so much better after the first visit and improved even more after consecutive visits and feel so much better now, I can even do martial arts with my daughter, much to people's surprise. Dr Roach is awesome and so are the staff. I highly recommend it to my family and friends and everyone else. Thank you.

The staff at Roach Chiropractic Centre make me feel like I am visiting family when I arrive for an appointment. Dr. Pellerine takes the time to chat with me and makes me feel very comfortable throughout my adjustment. She also advises me every step along the way to a full recovery for my sciatica problem.

I wish I would have went sooner. I lived with very bad lower back pain for years that limited my activities of daily living and thought I would have to live with it forever as nothing seemed to help. I was told there was nothing wrong with my back by multiple health care professionals. Working with Dr. Roach has been amazing and my back has been so much better. I can now do the activities I enjoy without pain. I've been seeing him for 4 years and now it's just once a month and I will continue to see him. As a runner and athlete, I felt great, but after my care I've noticed changes in my body, alignment, running gait and after a few weeks of care I noticed big changes.

I was born with Klippel Feil Syndrome and have been told my whole life to never go to a Chiropractor. They would tell me horror stories of being paralyzed for life. When meeting with Clayton I had explained to him that I have never gone a day without pain, I have never slept through the night without waking up with major leg pain or a wonderful Charlie horse. After seeing him for only two weeks I was for the first time in life sleeping through the night and I have yet "Knock on Wood" had a Charlie horse. It brings tears to my eyes to think that I could have relieved some of these issues many, many years ago.
A friend told me that he is a miracle worker and that if I had of gone somewhere else many years ago it just wouldn't not have been the same. I truly needed to meet him, talk to him and work with him.
