So, here’s an excellent stretch for your calf. The calf comprises two muscles, the gastroc and the soleus. So, you’re going to come down on the ground with one knee down. You’ll lean on your knee and then bring your knee forward. Now, the key here is to keep your heel on the ground. And as you bring your knee forward, you’ll feel a beautiful stretch into your soleus. So, again, nice and tall, bringing the knee forward. It’s okay to go past the toes. Bring it right there. Keep the heel on the ground and stretch for 25-30 seconds. Do it three times. Enjoy.
