Quick & Easy Neck Stretch
Dr. Ben Boudreau: This is a great stretch to help target the neck muscles. You will rotate your head in the opposite direction and look up for a stretch. I can feel a nice deep bit in through the front of my neck. The second stretch you will want to do is just bring your head forward and rotate in the opposite direction, just like so. And feel a nice deep stretch through the back of my neck. The third stretch you will want to do is tuck your chin first and then bring your head in the opposite direction, stretching in through your upper trap area. Perform these stretches 2 to 3 times daily, holding for 15 to 20 seconds.
