Dr. Clayton Roach
Chiropractor
Dr. Clayton Roach has been dedicated to improving lives through chiropractic care since 2005. A graduate with honors from Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, Missouri, he returned to his home province of Nova Scotia to share his passion for health and wellness with his community. Originally from the picturesque town of Chéticamp in Cape Breton, Dr. Roach is proudly bilingual, offering care in both English and French.
In the early years of his practice, Dr. Roach was deeply involved in sports chiropractic, treating athletes of all ages and disciplines. Today, his focus is on traditional, hands-on chiropractic care for people from all walks of life, including babies, seniors, and everyone in between. He believes in the power of education and takes great pride in helping his patients understand not only chiropractic care but also other aspects of their health. Whether it’s sharing tools, techniques, or valuable insights, Dr. Roach thrives on empowering his patients to take an active role in their well-being and achieve a better quality of life. Today he is the treasurer of the Board of Chiropractors of Nova Scotia.

Dr. Ben Boudreau
Chiropractor
Dr. Ben Boudreau BSc.H.K., D.C. is a highly motivated individual who has a unique passion for leading exciting chiropractic experiences to Nova Scotians. Dr. Boudreau was selected into a competitive student athletic therapy program and tutored in anatomy and exercise physiology. He was accepted into the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, Ontario and obtained his Doctor of Chiropractic in 2020. Dr. Ben was selected into CMCC’s Chiropractic Treatment Outreach to the Dominican Republic based on his caring nature, integrity and strong-willed character.
Dr. Boudreau believes the benefits of greater joint mobility and functionality provide an enhanced environment for healing that stretches far beyond the treatment of pain.
Dr. Ben is the Vice President of Chiropractors Nova Scotia and a member in good standing with the Canadian Chiropractic Association and believes if we’re properly aligned, we all have what it takes to reach a pain-free lifestyle.

Dr. Josie Cross
CHIROPRACTOR
Graduating from Life University with her Doctor of Chiropractic Degree, Dr. Josie Cross is excited to be back home in Nova Scotia. Dr. Josie first became interested in the field of Chiropractic after an injury during a Ringette Game led her to seek Chiropractic care.
Raised in Hammonds Plains, Dr. Josie had nurturing traits from an early age, gaining her many babysitting and camp counsellor jobs, and leading her to volunteer with the Special Olympics.
While attending Acadia University, she continued to volunteer with the S.M.I.L.E. (Sensory Motor Instructional Leadership Experience) Program and in April of 2019, she completed her Bachelor of Science Degree with a focus in Psychology and moved to Marietta, Georgia to attend Life University.
During her schooling at Life, she developed a passion for working with children and women, and spent time doing extensive training in pregnancy and pediatrics with her mentor, Dr. Drew Rubin. Upon graduating in March of 2023, Dr. Josie moved to Florida where she practiced for the past year, seeing patients of all ages from five days old to 92 years young!
Dr. Josie has certifications in Webster and Activator technique, and is actively working towards her CACCP with the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association.
In her free time, she enjoys reading, going to the beach, watching hockey, attending concerts and spending time with family and friends. Dr. Josie looks forward to meeting you and your family!
